We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and snail mail or over the Internet.
You may cancel your contract with us within 7 working days after receipt of goods. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Please return the goods using the method by which they were sent. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods or having the goods collected. A deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods if you have not returned the goods within this period.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties, nor will we e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information Harris will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details. Harris will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will correct it promptly. The personal information that Harris holds will be held securely in accordance with the law and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
